This masterclass will be helpful for HR Directors, HRBPs as well as Total Rewards professionals. Line managers, especially those who struggle to hire, or who wish to improve employee engagement and retention, will also benefit.
Course Introduction
Economic times are unsure, and companies are facing conflating workforce situations, with difficulty to retain talent, candidates’ salary expectations that can create internal tension around pay levels, and challenges to keeping employees engaged as they face inflation and the temptation to leave for greener pastures while being wary of the recession, we’ve been told is coming for the past 12 months. Managers are also overwhelmed and don’t always remember to try and keep their teams’ spirits up. This course will cover a few approaches that HR can deploy to alleviate some of that pressure.
We will use exercises, case studies and role play to anchor the knowledge and prepare you to actively tackle the compression, retention and recognition challenge that are rising up in the current environment.
