Course Introduction
For leaders seeking to be pioneers, this masterclass provides the insights, concepts and methods that allow them to lead others through the complexities associated with the future of work. Whether you are a CEO, a top-tier advisor, or someone aiming to be a CEO, this masterclass is essential for navigating the 21st century.
There are many internal and external complexities, everchanging and perplexing. However, excellent CEOs create clarity and shine a light on the ‘how’. It is, however, fraught with challenges. Often CEO’s have a deeper awareness of what is going on outside their businesses, with internal dynamics being less than complete.
The research from CEO’s is detailed. It rarely matters which source you review. The biggest challenges relate to people and the ‘how’ of connecting them to operational and strategic outcomes. We have all seen that leading others through change and transformation takes more than elementary leadership qualities. Becoming a credible catalyst is not easy.
The richness of this masterclass is a combination of the pioneering logic of outliers, practical coaching experience and practices used by high-performing organisations. It is for leaders seeking to elevate their ability to deal effectively with the future of work and committed to adding strategic value and creating a commendable legacy.
During this masterclass, we introduce a pragmatic roadmap that connects high-value methods and tools that direct evolution and overcome common blind spots. The design of this roadmap stimulates strategic thinking and allows leaders to gain more control for shaping a confident future.
By the end of the masterclass, participants will have access to a strategic toolkit that integrates macro, financial, and people planning, removing common barriers to success.
